1. Introduction

Tana Bana is a stall and exhibition management platform designed for colleges, students, and exhibitors to showcase products, services, or projects during organized events. These terms govern your use of our website, registration system, and participation in exhibitions.

2. Stall Booking & Participation

• All stall bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the organizing team.
• Exhibitors must provide accurate details during registration (college name, department, stall type, etc.).
• Once confirmed, stall bookings are non-transferable without prior written consent from the organizers.
• Setup and dismantling of stalls must be done within the allotted time slots shared before the event.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

• Payment (if applicable) must be made through the official platform or authorized representatives only.
• Refunds are applicable only in case of event cancellation by the organizers.
• No refunds will be processed for participant cancellations within 7 days of the event.

4. Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to maintain professionalism and decorum throughout the event.
• Unauthorized promotion, offensive behavior, or misuse of space is strictly prohibited.
• The organizers reserve the right to remove any exhibitor violating event rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, and promotional materials related to Tana Bana are the property of the organizers. Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that their displayed content does not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks.

6. Liability & Safety

• The organizers will ensure safety measures during the exhibition, but are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
• All participants must follow venue safety guidelines and cooperate with the event staff.

7. Privacy & Data Usage

Information collected during registration (such as name, email, and college details) will be used solely for event coordination, communication, and updates. We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.

8. Amendments

Tana Bana reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued participation will indicate acceptance of any changes.
